The duties of the President shall be:
  1. To preside at all Board of Director meetings.
  2. To supervise the activities of the Directors.
  3. To appoint such committees as may be required for proper operation of the Club, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors in the case of standing committees, and in the case of special committees, to appoint the members without approval of the Board of Directors unless Board of Directors requires approval in the formation of the committee.
  4. To nominate individuals to fill vacancies in any of the offices of BCSC.
  5. To represent BCSC at meetings of the Timberline Youth Soccer Association and the South Texas Youth Soccer Association (STYSA).
  6. To represent BCSC at public functions requiring our attendance.
  7. To present an annual report on the operation and condition of the BCSC at the January meeting of BCSC. 
The duties of the Vice President shall be:
  1. To act in the absence of the President with the same powers and authorities.
  2. To supervise the Discipline & Protest procedures of BCSC.
  3. To manage and supervise the insurance program of BCSC.
  4. To coordinate and manage all logistical functions of the administration in accordance with the direction of the President, including, but not limited to, location of meeting places and sending of notices.
  5. To be an alternate representative of BCSC at meetings of Timberline Youth Soccer Association if the President is unable to attend.
  6. To serve as permanent member on the Team Formation Committee and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors of BCSC.
The duties of Secretary shall be:
  1. To record suitable minutes of each Board of Directors and special meetings, reproduce and distribute copies to each Director and Officer one week prior to the next regular meeting.
  2. To attend to all correspondence.
  3. To keep a complete and up-to-date list of Directors and Officers, their addresses and phone numbers and provide copies to each Director and Officer.
  4. To administer all voting procedures and elections and to tabulate and account for all votes.
The duties of the Treasurer shall be:
  1. To study and keep current the financial status of the BCSC Club and report that status at each Board of Directors meeting.
  2. To maintain all checking and savings accounts and sign all checks for BCSC expenditures, along with the President or the Vice President.
The duties of the Director of Coaches shall be:
  1. To develop and administer a program to recruit the necessary coaches for the teams of BCSC.
  2. To develop and administer the training of BCSC coaches.
  3. To develop a communication system which will allow rapid communication of necessary information to all coaches in BCSC.
  4. To serve as a permanent member of the Team Formation Committee.
  5. To represent the coaches on the Board of Directors of BCSC.
The duties of the Director of Equipment shall be:
  1. To provide standards and to order and purchase all uniforms, balls, nets, equipment and other needs of BCSC with the approval of the Board of Directors.
  2. To maintain records of and to arrange for storage of all BCSC owned or leased equipment.
  3. To investigate new sources of supplies for equipment and make appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors.
The duties of the Director of Fields shall be:
  1. To provide for the preparation, laying-out, development and maintenance of BCSC’s soccer fields.
  2. To arrange, cause to be made, develop, or purchase all necessary goals for the fields of BCSC.
  3. To contact and maintain a rapport with the school systems and other parties on whose property, or adjacent to, fields may be placed.
  4. To determine suitability of field for safe play and rate fields for guidance to Scheduling Committee.
The duties of the Director of Referees shall be:
  1. To develop and administer a program to recruit the necessary referees to officiate BCSC sanctioned play.
  2. To work and offer contribution to the Referees Association for the communications and logistics necessary for the administering and training and certification of referees.
  3. To compile a list of all referees respective to the teams which they represent for the purpose of showing or providing information as to each team’=s obligation to have one referee per team in BCSC.
  4. To coordinate the assignment of referees for BCSC games.
The duties of the Director of Scheduling shall be:
  1. To serve on the Scheduling Committee of Timberline Youth Soccer Association for all play, including pre-season, regular season, championship, make-up and disputed games (as required).
  2. To schedule and direct all intra-club play.
  3. Help provide field and team information to other associations and clubs for interclub play.
  4. To communicate all schedule changes, cancellations or notifications to the Director of Coaches and the coach's coordinators.
  5. To maintain the game scores and standings of BCSC teams (as appropriate).
The duties of the Director of Sponsors, Promotions, and Awards shall be:
  1. To coordinate solicitation of sponsorships.
  2. To solicit corporate sponsorships where appropriate.
  3. To provide the Board of Directors with a detailed report indicating the sponsors names and addresses and the teams and coaches sponsored.
  4. To develop a program to assure that the sponsors are provided, with the approval of the Board of Directors, with suitable mementos and letters of thanks for sponsoring BCSC.
  5. To develop promotional programs to generate supplemental funds.
The duties of the Director of Publicity shall be:
  1. To direct publicity programs approved by the Board of Directors.
  2. To produce flyers, posters, and bulletins to publicize registration.
  3. To publicize the accomplishments of the BCSC, it’s teams and individuals playing for BCSC.
The duties of the Director of Team Formation shall be:
  1. To preside over Team Formation Committees in setting up teams as prescribed by the Constitution, Bylaws, Team Formation Rules and directives of the Board of Directors.
